Returns are accepted within 28 days from your receipt of delivery, you may initiate a return for qualified merchandise. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box. Returns on swimwear and lingerie will not be accepted if the hygienic strip has been removed, or if the items show signs of wear. Beauty products that have been opened are not eligible for return. Items purchased at a 50% or more discount are final sale and are not eligible for return.
