Cuir Celeste from Ex Nihlo was inspired by the iconic garment adorned daily by French photographer Mathieu César, a vintage B3 bomber jacket reworked for him by a Parisian craftsman. Perfumer Quentin Bisch created a scent evoking the protection of a Leather armor tinged with a pure Haute Couture sophistication. This scent mixes Leather notes with Ambrette, Violet leaves, Patchouli and Musk.

About Ex Nihilo
Ex Nihilo is a Latin phrase meaning "out of nothing." The three words can’t be further from the truth for this Parisian perfume house. Launched in 2013 by Olivier Royere, Sylvie Loda, and Benoit Verdie, the three had a plan to create an alternative to the mass-produced luxury product category. Through artistic collaborations between emerging perfumers, glass-blowers and designers, Ex Nihilo was created through the artistic community. The three founders combined an ode to French avant-garde with their idea of pure refinement to create a brand that offers personalized luxury fragrances and promotes emerging creative talents.

Returns are accepted within 28 days from your receipt of delivery, you may initiate a return for qualified merchandise. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags/boxes. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box. Returns on swimwear and lingerie will not be accepted if the hygienic strip has been removed, or if the items show signs of wear. Beauty products that have been opened are not eligible for return. Items purchased at a discount greater than 50% are final sale and are not eligible for return.
