Leave on up to maximum 10 minutes before taking it off with lukewarm water. A tingling sense and a mild redness might be experienced as a sign of the product working , which will vanish within 20 minutes after rinsing well. Returns are accepted within 28 days from your receipt of delivery, you may initiate a return for qualified merchandise. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags/boxes. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box. Returns on swimwear and lingerie will not be accepted if the hygienic strip has been removed, or if the items show signs of wear. Beauty products that have been opened are not eligible for return.
