Private Client Stylist for Menswear

Our Menswear Private Client Stylist will be eager to contribute their diverse book of male clients to the rest of the team and provide an excellent and unique shopping service to our clients through strong background knowledge of luxury shopping using personalized outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand and diversify The Webster Private Client base by incorporating a broad client base of males who range from general to VIP
• Work with clients to curate a beautifully edited selection of product tailored to them; make appropriate suggestions wherever necessary
• Attentive and responsive to client activity; re-engage lapsed clients through consistent stylist to client outreach; be responsive to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Schedule online and in-person appointments with male clients as well as readiness to host client events
• Work closely with the Head of Private Client on monthly goals, action plans and client book details
• Track personal sales to ensure KPIs are met
• Drive revenue through upselling and cross selling techniques, retention and satisfaction
• Work with the whole Private Client stylist team to increase the quality of styling through discussion, collaboration and research
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with all corresponding teams to ensure smooth operational movement in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Industry Experience
• Already own a book of luxury male-focused clientele
• You have experience in male-focused fashion retail, personal shopping, or customer service.
• You have great knowledge of designers, fashion trends and luxury products
• You are confident, love to learn, and face challenges head on
• You have strong interpersonal communication skills and you have the ability to engage clients from all walks of life
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language; fluency in a second language is advantageous
• You are a self-starter, but also a great team player
• You are extremely organized and you take note of fine detail
