Shipping overview
FedEx is The Webster’s preferred shipping carrier.
Standard Delivery is $12 for orders under $400. Expedited Delivery is $25 for orders under $1,499. Priority Delivery is $50.
Free shipping applies to qualifying orders with a merchandise subtotal of $400 or more, after discounts and before taxes and fees.
Please note:
- Our delivery service is offered Monday through Friday only. We do not offer weekend delivery services.
- We have a cut-off time of 1:00 pm ET to process orders the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm ET will be processed to ship the following business day.
- Priority delivery orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following business day, as we do not offer a weekend delivery service.
- Processing times may vary due to sales events and/or holiday season. Please know we are working round the clock to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Adult signature required service:
- The Webster requires Adult Signature Required service with delivery on orders $900+.
- If your order is less than $900 but you wish to add Adult Signature Required service to your package, please email us at care@thewebster.com shortly after placing your order.
- If Adult Signature Required service is removed upon request, The Webster is not held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Cancellations
We are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed.
