U.S. SHIPPING POLICY

U.S. Shipping

Ground shipping is $10 for orders under $300, and 2-day shipping is $25 for orders under $1,499.

Please note

• Our delivery service is offered Monday through Friday only. We do not offer weekend delivery services. 
• We have a cut-off time of 1:00 pm ET to process orders the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm ET will be processed to ship the following business day. 
• Express orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following business day, as we do not offer a weekend delivery service. 
• Processing times may vary due to sales events and/or holiday season. Please know we are working round the clock to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Adult Signature Required Service

• The Webster requires Adult Signature Required service with delivery on orders $900+.
• If your order is less than $900 but you wish to add Adult Signature Required service to your package, please email us at care@thewebster.com shortly after placing your order.

Cancellations

We are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed. Once your package is delivered, you can initiate your return using the link below, where you’ll find instructions and can create a return label. Please note the item must meet our return guidelines.
