Holiday Shipping

To ensure delivery by December 24, please place your order by the following deadlines:

Ground Shipping (U.S.): 12 PM EST on Tuesday, December 16, 2025
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 12 PM EST on Thursday, December 18, 2025
Next Business Day Shipping (U.S.): 12 PM EST on Monday, December 22, 2025

Holiday Returns

Full-priced merchandise purchased between 11/17/2025 and 12/19/2025 will have an extended return period through 1/20/2026.

All other terms and conditions of our Return Policy remain in effect.

U.S. Shipping

Ground shipping is $10 for orders under $300, and 2-day shipping is $25 for orders under $1,499.

Please note

• Our delivery service is offered Monday through Friday only. We do not offer weekend delivery services. 
• We have a cut-off time of 1:00 pm ET to process orders the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm ET will be processed to ship the following business day. 
• Express orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following business day, as we do not offer a weekend delivery service. 
• Processing times may vary due to sales events and/or holiday season. Please know we are working round the clock to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Adult Signature Required Service

• The Webster requires Adult Signature Required service with delivery on orders $1,000+.
• If your order is less than $1,000 but you wish to add Adult Signature Required service to your package, please email us at care@thewebster.com shortly after placing your order.

Cancellations

We may cancel your order if the order has not been processed yet. Please contact us at care@thewebster.com to initiate your cancellation request. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET.
