Returns are accepted within 28 days from your receipt of delivery, you may initiate a return for qualified merchandise. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags/boxes. Returns on swimwear and lingerie will not be accepted if the hygienic strip has been removed, or if the items show signs of wear. Beauty products that have been opened are not eligible for return.
